​Mantell Associates are partnered with one of the fast growing CRO/CDMOs on their search for a Head of Marketing.

You'll be responsible to head up the marketing division in Ulm, Germany to build marketing plans and campaigns.

Head of Marketing - Responsibilities:

• Ensure the website, promotional material and the marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis

• Ownership, development and execution of the marketing lead generation plan to achieve a set of KPIs including inbound lead volume, engagement and conversion rates

• Management of promotional campaigns to engage potential partners through a variety of channels including email, social media, advertising and other channels as appropriate

• Working with the Content Marketing team to best utilize existing and new content appropriate to our target audiences

Head of Marketing – Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• 5+ years’ experience

• Experience within a CDMO
