Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking a new Head of Market Access to play a key part in the leadership of the division, as well as a crucial role in Business Development for the organisation.

Head of Market Access - Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Consultants & Analysts and support their professional development

• Work closely with internal divisions to identify new business opportunities

• Work on Strategic Market Access & HTAs

• Play a key part in the leadership of the division and wider business

• Management of Global Market Access projects

• Expand existing relationships with current clients and also develop new ones

• Take ownership of and/or assist with the preparation of proposals

Head of Market Access - Requirements:

• A strong track record in line management within Market Access

• Experience working within a Consultancy is required

• Extensive experience in Market Access / HEOR

• Possess existing relationships with Pharmaceutical & Biotech organisations

• Track record working directly with clients across the Life Science industry
