Mantell Associates is partnered with one of the largest manufacturers of generics on the search for a Head of Innovation to continue the business's growth across the globe.
Head of Innovation Responsibilities:
To accelerate the ideation and execution of any CHC pipeline projects further supporting CHC growth. By doing so, an intensified lifecycle management of brands will increase their attractiveness and drive value generation for the business.
Support a more creative ideation process and claim development.
Strengthen a proactive management and follow-through of ongoing projects
Help consolidate all activities in the CHC segment in R&D/BD.
Head of Innovation Deliverables:
Value increase of the CHC pipeline 2023 – 2027 by adding new products and line extensions to the pipeline
Drive brand development by addressing specific requirements of any brand with latest scientific, technological and socio-economic trends
Consolidation and Reporting of all CHC activities in R&D/BD
Provide market insights into relevant trends, provide market intelligence to management board.
