Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading CDMO who are searching for a Head of Commercial Effectiveness to join their leadership team. You will oversee all commercial activities within the company and will play a crucial role in developing and driving revenue growth.
Head of Commercial Effectiveness - Responsibilities:
Being a catalyst to lead the evolution of our Omnichannel growth strategy across our Rx business that delivers increased effectiveness through higher sales from a specific investment
Completing the implementation of the new CRM model across all markets
Ensuring the required consents are managed with all customers both existing and prospect
Evolve the targeting strategy reflecting the mapping of customers potential, their behaviours towards brands, communication medium. Translating this into customer plans
Evolving the way we design and deliver content both physically and virtually ensuring it leverages the potential of the new CRM model, strengthening and sharing best practices that are translated across countries including sales force effectiveness
Design and lead a group wide omnichannel business strategy to improve the effectiveness of our investment and move a model further from sell in to sell out (demand creation)
Design and build a leading capability across all markets through best practice learning and future thinking
Continually evolve the model and capabilities are in place to secure leading shares one commerce platforms
Explore and learn from other industries how we evolve in this area from emerging trends
Improve the effectiveness of gross to net investments, ensuring that spend is behind demand generation activities translating in to profitable market share growth activity
Increase the return from S&D investment through improving our commercial process's and capabilities including efficiency through digitalisation. To include our new launch and commercial planning
Head of Commercial Effectiveness - Requirements:
10+ years of experience in commercial functions such as Customer Relationship/Sales and trade marketing across different markets
Experience of the commercial workflows from pre-trade, to trade, to post-trade and tools/applications that Sales teams leverage during the daily workflow (including vendor platforms and solutions). Proven experience with the digital marketing including omnichannel communication, coordination and measurement
Strategic critical thinker, comfortable using qualitative and quantitative information to solve problems with a customer centric mindset. An ability to look forward, understand latest trends from all industries and translate new innovations to our business
Energetic, passionate and articulate communicator who can convey information to a wide variety of audiences, creates engagement and has a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to different situations to enable change and create buy in. Proven ability to implement aligned change through individuals across markets that are not direct reporting
Advanced leadership, communications, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate teams with indirect reporting relationships. Experience in managing agencies and brand partners, including contract negotiation
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and make tough choices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
An externally focused mindset and experience in working in multicultural environments
