As the Group Head of Radiochemistry, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in the field of radiochemistry within our organization. You will lead a team of radiochemists, ensuring the successful execution of projects and contributing to the advancement of our research and development initiatives.
Group Head of Radiochemistry - Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical expertise and leadership in radiochemistry to support the development and execution of research projects
Stay current with advancements in radiochemistry and related fields, implementing innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes
Team Management
Lead and manage a team of radiochemists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and growth
Project Execution:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of radiochemistry projects within established timelines and budget constraints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radiochemistry activities with other research functions
Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all radiochemistry activities
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality and compliance standards
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to understand their radiochemistry needs, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the development of project proposals
Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Group Head of Radiochemistry - Requirements:
Educational Background:
Ph.D. in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
Experience:
5-10 years of experience in radiochemistry, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
Technical Skills:
Expertise in radiochemical synthesis, analysis, and characterization techniques
Familiarity with state-of-the-art radiochemistry instrumentation
Leadership and Communication:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
