As the Group Head of Radiochemistry, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and technical expertise in the field of radiochemistry within our organization. You will lead a team of radiochemists, ensuring the successful execution of projects and contributing to the advancement of our research and development initiatives.

Group Head of Radiochemistry - Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical expertise and leadership in radiochemistry to support the development and execution of research projects

• Stay current with advancements in radiochemistry and related fields, implementing innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes

• Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of radiochemists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development and growth

• Project Execution:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of radiochemistry projects within established timelines and budget constraints

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of radiochemistry activities with other research functions

• Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in all radiochemistry activities

• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality and compliance standards

• Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their radiochemistry needs, provide technical expertise, and contribute to the development of project proposals

• Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Group Head of Radiochemistry - Requirements:

• Educational Background:

• Ph.D. in Radiochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field

• Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in radiochemistry, with a proven track record of successful project management and team leadership

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in radiochemical synthesis, analysis, and characterization techniques

• Familiarity with state-of-the-art radiochemistry instrumentation

• Leadership and Communication:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
