Job description

​Mantell Associates longest standing client are currently going through a global expansion in their pursuit to become the number one CRO in the space, they currently have close to 2000 Global full time employees.

The business itself are specialists for everything Phases 1-4 & have extended CDMO capabilities and are searching for a new Global VP of HR, the Global Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of global HR strategies and programs that support the company's objectives and enable the organization to achieve its goals. They will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that HR policies and programs are aligned with business objectives and that the company maintains a high-performance culture.

Global VP of HR Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global HR strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's goals and objectives, including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulations

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team globally, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify key HR metrics and measures that track progress against business objectives, and use data to inform HR strategies and programs

  • Lead the development and implementation of global talent management programs, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention strategies

Global VP of HR Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA or Master's degree in HR preferred

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading a global HR function

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies and programs that support business objectives

  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR analytics

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and manage a global HR team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies and decisions
