​Mantell Associates are partnered with a top 5 CDMO for a General Manager to lead one of the businesses largest and most strategically important sites whilst providing strategic advice and direction to the business

General Manager - Responsibilities:

• Lead and head up a site of 350+ people

• An experienced, well-rounded executive.

• Successful experience of and/or exposure of the wider fast moving Beauty/Pharmaceutical/FMCG production arena.

• Ability to support the Business Plan by developing strategic business interventions and strategies with the leadership teams.

General Manager – Requirements:

• Experience leading large teams

• Experience within a CDMO​

• To be an autonomous self-starter
