This is a leading and newly founded boutique management consulting firm with a special focus on competitive intelligence. Therapy areas covered include oncology, rare diseases, CNS, diabetes, and more. The role requires an Engagement Manager to act as a team player with the only limitations on progression being your work ethic and imagination.
Engagement Manager - Responsibilities:
Project management including relationship building with key stakeholders overseeing execution and delivery of client deliverables
Developing junior staff’s strengths acting as a coach, not a micromanager
Discussing topic expertise with colleagues and clients to continue delivering best in class solutions
Playing a leadership role and contributing ideas to the business going forward.
Engagement Manager – Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in consulting, preferably in the life sciences and with a focus on competitive intelligence
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, graduate degree or MBA not required but a plus#
Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
