This company is one of the leading cell technology and reagent providers who also supply research services to the market. They have recently received a significant investment to multiply their annual revenues by building out a commercial sales team. They are on the search for a Sales Director who will transform the business from a mostly inbound sales team to an aggressive outbound team by being an out and out hunter on the pharmaceutical market.


Director Sales – Responsibilities:

  • Build out an entire sales function by leveraging an existing strong sales team

  • Coach and lead juniors to become consultative salespeople

  • Lead the existing sales team and train them to become market experts and leaders

  • Liaise directly with the CEO, board, and PE firm to develop internal company strategy

Director Sales – Requirements:

  • Experience leading a successful sales team to multimillion dollar annual revenues

  • Advanced degree level knowledge of Cell biotechnologies and mechanisms

  • Overseen a market leading sales territory across the West coast

  • Proven people manager who leads like a coach
