They are on the search for a Sales Director who will transform the business from a mostly inbound sales team to an aggressive outbound team by being an out and out hunter on the pharmaceutical market.
Director Sales – Responsibilities:
Build out an entire sales function by leveraging an existing strong sales team
Coach and lead juniors to become consultative salespeople
Lead the existing sales team and train them to become market experts and leaders
Liaise directly with the CEO, board, and PE firm to develop internal company strategy
Director Sales – Requirements:
Experience leading a successful sales team to multimillion dollar annual revenues
Advanced degree level knowledge of Cell biotechnologies and mechanisms
Overseen a market leading sales territory across the West coast
Proven people manager who leads like a coach
