Mantell Associates is collaborating with a top-performing company to recruit a Director of R&D to join the leadership team.

Responsibilities of Director R&D:

• Ensure R&D activities align with company objectives and policies by adhering to corporate development guidelines

• Train, lead, and develop the team to implement development methodologies and enhance the performance and robustness of manufacturing processes

• Ensure that the processes can be transferred to in-house and other production sites, meeting the expectations of recipient teams

• Prepare data to create production and QC documentation, plan production, and select suitable equipment for projects

• Offer scientific and technical support for production issues, including problem analysis, laboratory testing, and solution implementation

• Be a significant member of the business's leadership team

Requirements for Director R&D:

• Possess at least an MSc. qualification

• Exhibit proven leadership experience in R&D

• Have experience in people management, including leading, developing, and coaching team members

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills

• Prove the ability to build trust and influence at all levels, promoting collaboration

• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, design solutions, and apply critical thinking, analytical skills, and best practices
