Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a leading organisation who are seeking a Director of Project Management to join their team.
Director of Project Management - Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a high quality Project Management team
Design and implement new processes for projects within Biologics R&D
Manage internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring timely project delivery
Take overall responsibility for the Project Management function
Set out and manage project timelines, resources and scope of projects
Assists with new business proposal preparation, as required.
Supports clinical and commercial development initiatives
Assists with development of project integrated master schedules
Director of Project Management - Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
Possess significant prior experience in Project Management
Demonstrate expertise in effectively managing project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
Exhibit strong leadership and management abilities
Capability to manage large or multiple projects
Excellent communication, organisational, planning, and presentation skills
Proven experience with developing timelines
Strong experience with project management concepts, practices, and procedures
