​​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading Consulting firm who is seeking a new Director of Market Access to play a key part in the leadership of the division, as well as a crucial role in Business Development for the organisation.

Director, Market Access - Responsibilities:

• Leading a large team of Consultants & Analysts and supporting development

• Work closely with internal divisions to identify new business opportunities

• Work on Strategic Market Access & HTAs

• Play a key part in the leadership of the division and wider business

• Management of Global Market Access projects

• Expanding existing relationships with current clients and also developing new ones

• Takes ownership of and /or assist with the preparation of proposals
  

Director, Market Access - Requirements:

• Experience in Line Management within Market Access

• Experience working within a Consultancy is required

• 8 years + experience in Market Access / HEOR

• Have existing relationships with Pharmaceutical & Biotech organisations

• Track record in working directly with clients across the Life Science industry
