Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a CRO in their search for a Director of Clinical Operations.

Director of Clinical Operations - Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the clinical-operative areas. These include inpatient areas with approx. 60 beds, the outpatient area, as well as sample logistics and processing

• In addition to the overall operational and coordinative responsibility, your involvement in the planning, management and control of clinical studies from the preparation phase to the presentation of the results is desired

• Furthermore, the further development of your employees should be close to your heart

Director of Clinical Operations - Requirements:

• Experience in conducting clinical trials (in contract research organizations or academic centers) and have the necessary regulatory and technical know-how

• Several years of management experience, ideally in the relevant field

• Enjoy promoting the professional and personal development of your employees and making your team successful as a whole

• Personality is characterized by clarity in your actions and communication, good organizational skills, implementation strength, decisiveness and a pleasant personality

• Degree in medicine or natural sciences

• Very good command of written and spoken English
