Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a privately owned Consultancy who are seeking a new Director of Market Research to play a key part in the leadership of the division.

Director, Market Research - Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects and project teams, and act as the main point of contact with clients

• Write and present client presentations

• Run a management team with responsibilities involving conducting appraisals, pay reviews, monitoring of performance, personal development, training of staff, recruitment and developing and implementing internal company procedures

• Involvement in formal business development

• Oversee creation of proposals to win new business, consider timescales and calculate the research cost alongside Directors

• Involvement in talent acquisition and assessing potential new staff

Director, Market Research - Requirements:

• Strong experience in market research, ideally within the Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry

• Proven experience in leading projects and client management

• Experience generating a client base through business development

• Proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a 'can do' attitude and approach

• Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strengths in organisation and prioritisation

• Collaborative team player and experienced leader
