Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading CDMO organization who is seeking a Customer Project Manager to join their team.
Customer Project Manager - Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of partner projects; set and manage customer expectations and day-to-day interaction
Facilitate the definition of the project scope of work, goals and deliverables through implementation of change controls and tech transfer plans
Work with operations, quality assurance and quality control to manage project budget and resource allocation
Communicate relevant project information to sponsors
Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
When appropriate, apply project management responsibilities to internal projects to ensure proper facilitation between departments and timely completion of project scope
Customer Project Manager - Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Biochemistry, or other Life Sciences or related field, and a minimum of 7 years related work experience in the pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing industry
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools; Training or education in project management or equivalent knowledge and experience
Direct work experience in project management capacity, specifically with tech transfer of products into a sterile manufacturing facility. Demonstrated leadership managing people and facilitating teams
Experience in developing and managing change controls for the transfer of new products into a sterile manufacturing facility
Strategic, operational, and technical marketing and management skills
Proficient in project management software (MS Project, SharePoint)
Experience with GMPs for biologics and small molecule sterile manufacturing
