​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading CRO who specialize in women's health and are looking for an experienced individual to join a dynamic team doing life changing work within the Clinical setting.

Responsibility:

• Develop and execute project plans for clinical trials, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget

• Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

• Manage relationships with clinical trial sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of clinical trials

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports

• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders

• Participate in the selection and management of vendors, including contract negotiation and oversight

• Conduct ongoing evaluation of project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion

• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the clinical operations team

Requirements:​

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trial project management, including experience leading cross-functional teams

• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial design, execution, and management

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

• Native or native-like written and spoken English; French, Dutch or other languages are a plus
