Job description
Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading CRO who specialize in women's health and are looking for an experienced individual to join a dynamic team doing life changing work within the Clinical setting.
Responsibility:
Develop and execute project plans for clinical trials, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans as needed
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Manage relationships with clinical trial sites, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
Develop and maintain project documentation, including study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders
Participate in the selection and management of vendors, including contract negotiation and oversight
Conduct ongoing evaluation of project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the clinical operations team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical trial project management, including experience leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated knowledge of clinical trial design, execution, and management
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Native or native-like written and spoken English; French, Dutch or other languages are a plus
