Mantell Associates is partnered with a CRO who are searching for a Chief Sales Officer to lead their Commercial team. The CSO will be responsible for all commercial activities within the company and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.

Chief Sales Officer (CSO) - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Commercial function from top to bottom, including oversight of profit and loss (P&L)

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and drive implementation of new sales processes across the organisation

  • Successfully secure multi-year contracts from initial identification to signed agreement

  • Negotiate large scale partnership agreements

  • Collaborate with group HQ functions and subsidiaries

  • Oversee and maintain global accounts, providing regular monitoring and reporting

  • Manage agreement frameworks and launch effective implementation plans

  • Deliver budgeted Sales numbers

Chief Sales Officer (CSO) - Requirements:

  • Experienced Business Development professional with a talent for identifying opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships

  • Demonstrated track record of senior leadership in the industry

  • Skilled in leading and expanding teams

  • Extensive experience within the industry with a strong network

  • Proven success in negotiating and closing major contracts

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an outstanding knowledge of the market landscape

  • Experience working directly with Senior Management teams, as well as Partners and key decision makers in the space

  • Proficient in managing key accounts and driving business development efforts
