Chief Sales Officer - Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the business development business unit

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets

  • Analyse market trends, identify customer needs, and build strong relationships

  • Oversee product launches and ensure regulatory compliance

  • Manage sales budgets and explore strategic partnerships


Chief Sales Officer - Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline

  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience in pharmaceuticals, specifically Chemistry Drug Discovery

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Drug Discovery

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
