Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with an innovative Medical Devices organisation who is seeking a Chief Operations Officer to lead company operations. 

Chief Operations Officer - Responsibilities:

• Spearhead operations within the organisation and take full top level responsibility

• Work closely with the leadership team to define operational strategy and direction

• Continue to build a high performing GMP team with a culture of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

• Play a key role in directing future growth and success of the organisation

Chief Operations Officer - Requirements:

• 10 -15 years experience working within Medical Devices

• Experience in Class III Minimally Invasive Devices & large scale Manufacturing

• Worked with Budgets over €150M

• Outstanding knowledge of business principles and cultural awareness

• Possesses strong business development skills, able to identify and convert leads into long-term relationships

• Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within the Medical Devices or wider Life Science industry

• Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams 

• Brings extensive industry experience and established network within industry

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and secure large contracts

• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and comprehensive knowledge of the market landscape

• Skilled in working collaboratively with Senior Management teams, as well as Partners and other key decision makers within the industry
