Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading CDMO within the Advanced Therapies space who are seeking a new Chief Commercial Officer. This organisation is going through a significant transformation and expanding their service offerings within Gene Therapy. As such, they require a new Chief Commercial officer to oversee everything related to commercial activity within the business and drive forward revenue growth.

Chief Commercial Officer - Responsibilities:

• Top to bottom responsibility of the commercial function within Advanced Therapies

• Display high level leadership and implement new sales processes across the organisation

• P&L oversight for the commercial organisation

• Identification of new commercial opportunities through to signed contract

• Negotiate large scale agreements for CDMO partnerships

Chief Commercial Officer - Requirements:

• Proven senior leadership experience within Advanced Therapies (preferably CDMO)

• Msc or PhD in a Life Science related discipline (MBA also preferred)

• Proven experience negotiating and closing large size contracts within Biological manufacturing

• Experience leading and growing sales teams within Life Sciences

• Entrepreneurial mindset with an outstanding knowledge of the market landscape
