Mantell Associates is partnered with a dynamic organisation that is actively seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to head their Commercial team. The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for all commercial activities within the company and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Commercial function from top to bottom, including oversight of profit and loss (P&L)

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and implement new sales processes throughout the organisation

  • Successfully close multi-year contracts, from initial identification to signed contract

  • Negotiate large-scale partnership agreements

  • Collaborate with group headquarters and subsidiaries

  • Monitor and report on global accounts

  • Manage agreement frameworks and execute implementation plans

  • Achieve budgeted sales numbers 

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Requirements:

  • Experienced Business Development professional with a talent for identifying opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships

  • Demonstrated track record of senior leadership in the industry

  • Skilled in leading and expanding teams

  • Extensive industry experience and a strong professional network

  • Proven success in negotiating and closing major contracts

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of the market landscape

  • Experience working directly with senior management teams, partners, and other key decision-makers in the industry

  • Proficient in managing key accounts and driving business development efforts
