Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a hugely successful organisation who are searching for a Chief Business Officer to join their leadership team.
Chief Business Officer (CBO) - Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive all business aspects of the company further
Provide senior strategic leadership of business development to grow market share and increase income through full cost and commercial expansion into the US.
Responsible for all operational aspects of the company, including corporate and business development activities, strategic planning, budget development and control, commercial input into clinical development, as well as support investor relationships and fundraising.
Plan and oversee marketing and lead generation
Lead strategic role and execute outreach strategies for prospecting new businesses
Responsible for the establishment of strategic frameworks for capitalizing on identified opportunities across the business and approaching new prospects
Stay vigilant and keep an eye out for any business opportunities that may arise
Chief Business Officer (CBO) - Requirements:
Experience working in a senior business development position within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proven and successful experience in prospecting and lead generation
Proven and successful ability to work with teams across the business in order to maximize the impact of overall business effort
Experience working directly with Senior Management teams, as well as Partners and key decision makers in the space
Entrepreneurial mindset with an outstanding knowledge of the market landscape
