​CEO - Responsibilities:

• shape the strategic direction of the company

• Outreach and partnering activities to attract industry partners who can utilize the companies technology to further their R&D projects

• Oversee top line growth as well as full P&L

• Lead the organisation to to additional funding

​CEO - Requirements:

• Seasoned senior executive with experience as CEO / COO in younger Biotechs

• Have a track record ofleading young biotech enterprises and transitioning them into mature businesses

• Proven expertise in fundraising

• Full large scale P&L responsibility

• She/he is equally comfortable and effective working with executives and board members
