Mantell Associatesis currently partnered with a early phase growth Biotech who are seeking a new Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, you'll provide top level leadership for the organisation and have overall responsibility for strategy and future direction of the organisation. This organisation are undergoing a transformational phase and positioning themselves for a potential IPO
CEO - Responsibilities:
Set overall strategy for current and future growth
Display high level leadership to subordinates within the organisation
Oversee top line growth as well as full P&L
Lead the organisation to its short and long term goals
The focus of the role is to lead and accomplish current and future fundraising activities
CEO - Requirements:
10-15 years of increasing responsibility successfully commercializing healthcare or related services (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical etc)
Demonstrated track record of having successfully taken organisations from concept to commercialization
Proven expertise in serial fundraising and successful outcomes: Extensive links with investor networks and ability to think out of the box in identifying structured finance solutions
Full large scale P&L responsibility
