CEO Key - Responsibilities:

• Provide top level leadership for the organisation and have overall responsibility and decision for strategy and future direction of the organisation

• You will formulate strategies and manage the day-to-day implementation of strategies and policies to achieve strategic returns and meet risk objectives

• Set overall strategy for current and future growth

• Display high level leadership to subordinates within the organisation

• Oversee top line growth as well as full P&L

• Lead the organisation to its short and long term goals

• Continue to lead transformation of organisation

• Ensuring the company delivers a world class supply chain for the distribution of a range of new to market products

• Drive the marketing, sales and commercial functions to maximise revenues

• Lead meetings of the C-Suite and ensuring all senior team members are pulling in the same direction always focused on creating shareholder value through profit

CEO - Requirements:

• Our client is more interested in truly inspirational leadership candidates than someone who has worked in the biotech sector (although this will not be discounted)

• 5+ years of experience within a CEO role

• 15+ plus years of experience leading high-performing teams

• Experience across project management, business development, sales and marketing for global markets
