​We are currently hiring Business Managers to join our team!

​The Business Manager will be responsible for the full executive search cycle of qualified candidates and clients – whilst working alongside an Associate level individual who has been trained by our Vice President of Commercial Development, Leonard Joseph.

Business Manager - Responsibilities:

• You will be part of the company's management team and will work closely with the other team members on defining the future of the business. This will involve business planning for your team, directly hiring in to your team, rolling out companywide initiatives as well as much more

• As an opportunist business we want our Business Managers to be able to provide innovation and improvement into any of our operations

• You will cover account management of our established clients

• Win new accounts through leveraging or maximizing relationships

• Have an eagerness to continue to build your team – you will be actively involved in hiring, interviewing and developing your team

Business Manager - Requirements:

• 2 Years’ experience within the Life Science or Pharmaceutical recruitment space. (Medical Devices market knowledge is essential)

• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a ‘go-getter’ attitude

• Track record of longevity and success in prior roles such as career advancement/promotion and exceeding revenue goals

• Some management experience within a recruitment capacity

• Ability to juggle many tasks with attention to detail and excellent follow-through in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good attention to detail and exceptional ability to build rapport
