Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative Large Molecule CDMO organizations. They have just received a large amount of funding and are building out new GMP facilities as well as this role will report directly to the CEO.
Business Development Senior Director - Responsibilities:
Draft and present contract proposals to customers for their specific CDMO projects
Integrate and contribute to the strategic growth of the business by using areas marketing and strategic sales
Design, plan and execute marketing and branding strategies including brochures, posters, conferences, biotech-related media, business shows, etc
Acquisition of new and differing projects in terms of scope, controlling the sales process from conception to delivery
Business Development Senior Director - Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in biology, business management/marketing, and other science-related fields is preferred
2 years+ working experience in biological CDMO or CRO industry
Experience in Large Molecules, Ideally in Biologics
Enjoys being part of a growing and already established international organization, comfortable with speaking to new customers and can build long lasting professional relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication as well as technical presentation skills to some of the largest names in the Biotechnology space
