Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading and rapidly growing CDMO, who is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team. The business has invested significant amounts into building its brand-new commercial manufacturing facility and be up to date with the latest technologies.
You will report directly into the Director of Business Development, and you will be assigned a territory pushing on the sales objectives.
Business Development Representative - Responsibilities:
Identifying new opportunities for driving sales
Pulling and managing data for the CRM
Acquiring new business
Managing key accounts
Building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and create revenue and repeat business opportunities
Business Development Representative - Requirements:
Extensive experience working in Business Development Representative role within the Pharmaceutical industry
Bachelor’s degree in the related field
Excellent communication as you will be selling, closing deals, managing key accounts, objection handling
Proven experience building solid relationships with clients
Able to be onsite at least 4 days per week
