​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading and rapidly growing CDMO, who is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the team. The business has invested significant amounts into building its brand-new commercial manufacturing facility and be up to date with the latest technologies.

You will report directly into the Director of Business Development, and you will be assigned a territory pushing on the sales objectives.

Business Development Representative - Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new opportunities for driving sales

  • Pulling and managing data for the CRM

  • Acquiring new business

  • Managing key accounts

  • Building strong relationships with clients to drive sales and create revenue and repeat business opportunities

Business Development Representative - Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in Business Development Representative role within the Pharmaceutical industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in the related field

  • Excellent communication as you will be selling, closing deals, managing key accounts, objection handling

  • Proven experience building solid relationships with clients

  • Able to be onsite at least 4 days per week
