Prospect, generate and develop new leads and business opportunities.
Plan, coordinate and execute all client sales activities alongside collaborating with scientific experts.
Network and build relationships at a decision-maker level across key accounts.
Work with Operations and the internal BD team to direct and coordinate client visits to the organisation's facilities.
Account planning & execution and forecasting with an effective utilisation of CRM.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in managing the sales process from lead generation through to closing; including prospecting, networking, cold calling, presenting and follow-ups.
Experience in creating and executing territory sales plans.
Ability to achieve corporately assigned sales targets.
Knowledge and contacts within the Global Parma/Biotech industry (preferred).
A good command of English and German; both spoken and written. Other European languages are desired (e.g. Scandinavian).
