Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:
Oversee all Sales, Business Development, and Marketing efforts for the organisation
Focus on implementing innovative sales solutions for customers
Participate in expanding the business domain
Demonstrate advanced consulting skills and a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges
Stay informed on customers' critical inquiries and identify emerging needs and challenges early on while providing personalised solutions
Acquire projects and oversee the entire sales process
Develop custom solutions by collaborating with colleagues from diverse departments and coordinating joint activities, including internal interdepartmental collaboration
Business Development Manager - Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life Science, or an equivalent field
Have several years of experience in Business Development or Key Accounts management
Demonstrate a track record of converting excellent customer service and advice into sales success and long-term customer relationships
Have knowledge of the pharmaceutical and drug discovery industries
Have technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in the field of drug discovery and development
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
