Job description

​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a rapidly growing organisation on the search for a business development manager located in France who can continue to strengthen the European team.

Duties:

  • Lead outbound prospecting activities to feed top of funnel for field sales teams.

  • Lead and coordinate outreach associated with specific events to maximize including but not limited to setting up customer meetings with field sales representatives

  • Achieve committed individual sales quota & annual target as well as contribute on team's goal.

  • Successfully execute selling activities based on data analytics by tools and by prioritizing Marketing/ Sales programs

  • Develop/enhance customer/distributor relationships to drive revenue growth in the designated territory through the effective use of Salesforce.com in managing the opportunity pipeline.

  • Identify opportunities and qualify prior to handoff to sales
