Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a top 5 leading life science biotech focusing on developing scientific breakthroughs to ultimately cure the disease they are treating. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join their growing biotech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships and collaborations, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers
Negotiate partnerships and collaborations that align with the company's strategic objectives
Drive revenue growth through successful deal-making and partnership management
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships and collaborations
Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotech business development, with a strong track record of deal-making and revenue growth
Strong knowledge of the biotech industry, including emerging trends and technologies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and drive
Willingness to travel as needed
