Job description

Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a leading European CRO who specialize in the preclinical space. They are looking to expand territory into the Nordic regions and are looking for a top business developer to facilitate the expansion.

Business Development Director Responsibilities

  • Selling pre clinical services across mice, rabbits, monkeys and hamsters

  • Partner during the early stages of drug development to demonstrate the preclinical proof-of-concept of the test compound, ultimately aiming to convert it into a drug candidate.

  • The development of safety biomarkers and advanced methodologies that allow industrials to better predict the risk of rare lethal events induced by new therapies and improve safety margin calculation, reducing the risk of subsequent failure in clinical.

  • Comfortable with going out and winning new business and using an existing network of contacts to facilitate and establish a new network for a growing organization

Business Development Director Requirements

  • Scientific background combined with the commercial acumen to bring consistent results

  • Fully remote opportunity with the right to work and travel in and around the Nordics.
