Mantell Associates is partnered with a reputable Biotech and aims to strengthen its Commercial team by appointing a Director of Business Development.
Business Development Director - Responsibilities:
Supervise Sales, Business Development and Marketing initiatives for the organisation
Manage the company's sales solutions portfolio to meet customer needs
Contribute to expanding the business area
Demonstrate exceptional consulting skills and collaborate closely with customers to tackle various challenges
Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers across all departments of customer companies
Keep up-to-date with customer queries and identify emerging needs and challenges, providing individual solutions
Acquire projects and oversee the entire sales process
Customise solutions by coordinating with colleagues from diverse fields and organising joint activities. Cross-departmental cooperation within the organisation will also be crucial
Business Development Director - Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals or a related Life Science field, or possess an equivalent qualification
Have multiple years of experience in Business Development or Key Accounts management within the Biotech industry
Ability to leverage customer-centricity and expert guidance to achieve sales targets and foster enduring customer relationships
Possess knowledge of the Biotech and Pharmaceutical sectors
Demonstrate technical proficiency and a deep understanding of drug discovery and development
Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
