Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with an innovative Bioproduction organisation who is seeking an Automation Engineer.

Automation Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Onsite and remote troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, calibration and repairs on Advanced Instruments and Solentim equipment and controlling computers

• Complete and manage Pharmaceutical IQOQ/ yearly OQ and Clinical Validations

• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications or upgrades in certain time frames

• Provide customer support via e-mail, telephone and remote access

• Provide onsite user training as required

• Ordering and managing car stock inventory

• Troubleshooting not only on a mechanical/electrical level but understand and troubleshoot on an applications level

• Self-management of workload to include scheduling own installations, PMs, repairs and other field event

Automation Engineer - Requirements:

• Three years' work experience in the medical device or life sciences industries is preferred

• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process

• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment

• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
