​​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a rapidly growing biologics company in Switzerland, who are on the search for an Associate Principal Scientist to join their team.

As an Associate Principal Scientist, you will be joining the pharmaceutical development department and bringing your expertise in biotech to initiate new proposals and analysis of the industry.

Associate Principal Scientist Responsibilities:

• Supporting and overseeing CDMOs within the drug substance manufacturing and process development space

• Ensure high-quality, timely documentation, following appropriate guidelines and regulations and enforce technical reports

• Propose process optimisations and recommend technologies towards the contribution of the department development

• Plan and coordinate team meetings with CDMOs and review appropriate proposals

Associate Principal Scientist Requirements:

• Higher educational qualification in Biological Engineering

• Direct experience with and knowledge of, biotech products (specifically Antibodies)

• Ability to coordinate external activities and manage teams

• Strong understanding of CMC and working in compliance with regulatory bodies
