Associate Principal Responsibilities:
For clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries, you will be in charge of managing or leading a variety of M&A, due diligence, and consulting projects relating to investments.
Utilizing methodological expertise and experience in business and transaction advisory to assist in developing proposals and completing projects to respond to client inquiries, particularly in the areas of due diligence (buy- and sell-side), asset/portfolio/company valuation, asset screening, and growth strategy
Coordinating the design, development, and delivery of numerous project teams' client deliverables using both internal and external resources
Giving high-level input to the creation of client reports and presentations and ensuring that the client receives all or a large portion of the findings
Serving as the client's primary point of contact in order to offer guidance, ensure project satisfaction, and promote developing client connections and accounts.
Supporting the FIC team as a whole and wider consulting efforts to improve our abilities, such as (but not limited to) the creation of intellectual property, marketing materials, instruction, hiring, and go-to-market strategy.
Creating and/or advancing new business prospects by locating follow-up tasks and fresh leads.
Support expansion of the company’s relationships with financial investors in both sectors of consulting services and outside of them.
Coaching 3–4 members of staff.
Associate Principal Requirements:
With a focus on M&A/commercial due diligence within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector, 7-10 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate development, or within a financial institution (e.g., private equity, venture capital) is required.
A minimum of 4-5 years of project management experience focused on engagements related to transactions/external investments (due diligence, valuation, asset identification, growth strategy, forecasting), including capabilities to manage.
Manifestation of professional advancement in consultancy and/or transaction advisory positions.
Experience managing workers and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
Skills in analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving that can be clearly demonstrated Information on strong financial results/P&L interpretation abilities, experience with data analysis, and capacity to transform qualitative findings into strategic implications for senior investors.
The ability to effectively convey information, preside over meetings, facilitate workshops, and write business and reports.
Experience building trusting connections with senior executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare business and with financial investors.
Knowledge of significant issues and current trends in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
The capacity to support business development through lead generation, proposal development, etc. consulting approaches, tools, and procedures.
