Mantell Associates is currently representing a leading Life Science Consultancy in an incredibly exciting period of growth for the business, looking for an Associate Partner to support their capabilities and continue their growth.

Associate Partner, Life Sciences - Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver insightful, value-added strategies that address complex client issues

• Generating revenue and elevate new business opportunities through the identification of value-added follow-on work and identify new revenue opportunities with existing and new client organizations

• Assist with providing follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction

• Provide input and ensure development of client reports and presentations

• Ability to deliver all or significant portions of findings to clients

• Participate in thought leadership and firm building initiatives

• Remain current on industry, clients, and competitive trends and directions in order to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues with assigned clients

Associate Partner, Life Sciences - Requirements:

• Demonstrable professional experience in a strategy/management consulting firm within the Life Science space

• Extensive knowledge of Life Science – particularly areas of in value & access, evidence generation, medical and/or health economics and outcomes research especially in the area 3 years pre and post launch

• Strong track record of business development

• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Life Science industries

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Proven ability to develop confidence of clients through quality of assigned projects
