​Mantell Associates is partnered with a rapidly growing Biologics CDMO on their search for an Associate Director of Program Management based in California, where you will be an integral member of the PMO and report to the VP of Project Management. Your responsibility will be to lead, execute, and deliver strategic client and internal projects, act as the primary crossing point with the clients and lead client meetings with the team. Do you have PM experience within the CDMO or Pharma/Biotech space?

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective planning, implementation, and execution of multiple contracted activities from development through GMP activities for biologics

• Consistently organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder and client meetings

• Ensuring the accurate transfer of contracts from proposal through project completion

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop project deliverables and meet overall goals within set budgets and timelines

• Communicate and cooperate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, support company objectives and goals and build and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline

• 5+ plus years of experience in a GMP facility or Biologics project management

• Broad experience with recombinant protein production, mammalian technology, both early development and GMP-related activities across multiple product types is ideal

• Solid experience with project or program management within the Biologics or related industry sector

• Leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills – to lead and mentor junior PM & new joiners
