Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading Life Science organisation who are searching for an Account Manager to join their growing team.
Account Manager - Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 5 key accounts with a core focus around new customer acquisition in the Life Sciences (cleanroom environment) manufacturing space
Partner with key account customers to identify new business opportunities aligned with the organisation's overall market and growth strategy
Assess and analyse customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and suggest products and services as appropriate
Work closely with cross functional team to implement global account strategies to gain market share and new business from the assigned key accounts
Account Manager - Requirements:
Proven success selling into this market with a hunter approach
Versatile and flexible to the changing needs of the business
Have a Bachelor's degree minimum, preferred in Biotechnology or a Pharmaceutical related field
Work related account management experience
Proven understanding of bioprocessing
Strong sales and project management experience
