Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading Life Science organisation who are searching for an Account Manager to join their growing team.

Account Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Manage approximately 5 key accounts with a core focus around new customer acquisition in the Life Sciences (cleanroom environment) manufacturing space

  • Partner with key account customers to identify new business opportunities aligned with the organisation's overall market and growth strategy

  • Assess and analyse customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and suggest products and services as appropriate

  • Work closely with cross functional team to implement global account strategies to gain market share and new business from the assigned key accounts

Account Manager - Requirements:

  • Proven success selling into this market with a hunter approach

  • Versatile and flexible to the changing needs of the business

  • Have a Bachelor's degree minimum, preferred in Biotechnology or a Pharmaceutical related field

  • Work related account management experience

  • Proven understanding of bioprocessing

  • Strong sales and project management experience
