The second stage is screening, which involves speaking to a shortlist of candidates who are well-suited to the role. We put together a shortlist of high-calibre candidates from our direct network, through LinkedIn, job ads, our database and referrals.
On average we speak to every shortlisted candidate for around 30 to 45 minutes, where we will go over what you are looking for in your next role, including:
Your experience and relevant qualifications
Your overall package
Your notice period
Where else you have applied and other companies you are speaking to, if any
Once we have established that you are the right candidate for the role, we will agree a timeline in which you send us over your full, up-to-date CV. Once we have received your CV, we format it in 'the MA way' ready to send off to our client.
