The fourth and final stage is process management, where we handle all other aspects of the hiring and recruitment process.
Once you get to interview stage, we handle all logistics for you. We coordinate and book your interviews, whether they are 1st stage, 2nd stage, panel, or final stage interviews. Prior to your interview we brief you on who you will be meeting, for example the hiring or HR manager, and provide key information.
We book in a call with you for immediately after your interview to make sure the process continues to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and remain in constant communication with any relevant feedback or developments post-interview.
As you progress through all interview stages, we will also handle any negotiations on your behalf to ensure we get you the best outcome possible.
