The third stage in the process is feedback. On average, once we have sent your CV over to our client for a specific opportunity, we will receive feedback after 5 business days which we immediately pass on to you.
Throughout the feedback stage, our team will provide regular updates and communication - you will not be left out of the loop. Here at MA we believe in transparency, meaning we will be open and honest and give you all feedback, both good and bad. We believe this allows us to form long-lasting, solid relationships with our candidates, and ensures that communication is clear and helpful.
