In this episode Alessandro Mantell speaks with Terry Novak, who is an executive professional in the Life Science/CDMO field with over 40 years of experience across Senior Level opportunities. Ranging from VP through to CEO, Terry has managed large teams and organisations across the likes of DSM Pharmaceuticals, Patheon and Tedor Pharma, Inc. As President and CEO, he is now building up Salubrent Pharma Solutions as a start-up business, where he is looking to receive initial investment to grow the organisation.

Salubrent Pharma Solutionsis creating a new technology-focused contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) to secure people’s health by offering flexible, state-of-the-art aseptic, fill-finish and analytical services. They are customer-focused to serve clinical and commercial stage pharmaceutical and biotech companies in need of flexible batch production of sterile injectable products, using the latest in fill-finish technologies, and a full complement of analytical development and testing services.
