Mantell Associates is partnered with a fast-growing cell and gene therapy organisation operating across multiple international markets, who is searching for an ambitious Medical Sales Representative to support commercial growth across Lithuania.

This field-based role will focus on developing and expanding relationships with medical professionals and healthcare partners, promoting a portfolio of advanced cell and gene therapy–related solutions.

 

Medical Sales Representative – Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand a network of healthcare partners, including clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, and specialist physicians
  • Promote and sell the organisation’s cell and gene therapy solutions in alignment with scientific, clinical, and ethical standards
  • Execute local promotional initiatives and commercial activities to increase product awareness and adoption
  • Deliver product training and educational sessions to external partners, ensuring strong understanding of clinical applications and value
  • Achieve defined sales objectives through structured territory planning and execution of annual commercial plans
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align field activity with broader commercial strategy
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
  • Maintain a strong field presence, including regular travel to engage with healthcare professionals across the region

 

Medical Sales Representative – Requirements:

  • Medical or Life Sciences educational background
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role, with regular interaction with physicians or clinical stakeholders
  • Experience working with specialists in areas such as oncology, reproductive health, or advanced therapies
  • Proven passion for sales with a strong results-driven mindset and ability to close commercial opportunities
  • Knowledge of the private healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organisational and territory management capabilities
  • High level of English proficiency, and proficiency in additional languages
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
  • Confident user of MS Office tools
