Mantell Associates is partnered with a fast-growing cell and gene therapy organisation operating across multiple international markets, who is searching for an ambitious Medical Sales Representative to support commercial growth across Lithuania.
This field-based role will focus on developing and expanding relationships with medical professionals and healthcare partners, promoting a portfolio of advanced cell and gene therapy–related solutions.
Medical Sales Representative – Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand a network of healthcare partners, including clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, and specialist physicians
- Promote and sell the organisation’s cell and gene therapy solutions in alignment with scientific, clinical, and ethical standards
- Execute local promotional initiatives and commercial activities to increase product awareness and adoption
- Deliver product training and educational sessions to external partners, ensuring strong understanding of clinical applications and value
- Achieve defined sales objectives through structured territory planning and execution of annual commercial plans
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align field activity with broader commercial strategy
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain a strong field presence, including regular travel to engage with healthcare professionals across the region
Medical Sales Representative – Requirements:
- Medical or Life Sciences educational background
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role, with regular interaction with physicians or clinical stakeholders
- Experience working with specialists in areas such as oncology, reproductive health, or advanced therapies
- Proven passion for sales with a strong results-driven mindset and ability to close commercial opportunities
- Knowledge of the private healthcare sector
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong organisational and territory management capabilities
- High level of English proficiency, and proficiency in additional languages
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
- Confident user of MS Office tools
