​Mantell Associates is partnered with a rapidly growing European CDMO organisation who are on the search for a Managing Director to lead their HQ. As Managing Director, you will overview numerous departments and have P&L responsibilities.

Managing Director Responsibilities:

• Proven business leader, likely to be a proven MD/COO/GM, with experience in CDMO, API pharmaceuticals, natural ingredients or similar industries, most likely with a strong technical background whether scientific, finance, technical or production.

• Search for alliances, mergers, partnerships, and investment opportunities and review and advise on contracts.

• Understand and generate short and long-term strategy to the executive committee and board.

• Oversee production and quality departments.

• Be knowledgeable of, and pay attention to, tax liabilities, implications, and exemptions of company actions.

• Continuous growth of capacity and profitability.
