Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an innovative, AI-driven biotech company, in their search for a Lead Product Engineer to be at the forefront of developing and delivering AI-powered solutions to drive the company’s product roadmap.
Lead Product Engineer – Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of client-facing products, from concept to deployment
- Design and implement both backend services and frontend interfaces, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that effectively communicate complex data
- Connect and process large datasets to provide meaningful insights and drive decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and product managers, to align on product goals and deliverables
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and biotech to continuously improve product offerings
Lead Product Engineer – Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of client-facing applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular
- Understanding of AI and machine learning principles, with the ability to integrate AI models into products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
