​Mantell Associates has been partnering since two years with a cutting edge and leading large molecule CDMO in the search of a remote Director of Business Development, a dynamic hunter with focus in Fill & Finish and/or Viral Vectors to develop the US market.

Director of Business Development - Responsibilities:

  • Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

  • Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company

  • Research markets and emerging market trends.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

  • Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies

  • Attending conferences and industry events

Director of Business Development - Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development activities and/or sales.

  • Bachelor's degree within Biology or Chemistry.

  • Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
