Mantell Associates has been partnering since two years with a cutting edge and leading large molecule CDMO in the search of a remote Director of Business Development, a dynamic hunter with focus in Fill & Finish and/or Viral Vectors to develop the US market.
Director of Business Development - Responsibilities:
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company
Research markets and emerging market trends.
Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies
Attending conferences and industry events
Director of Business Development - Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development activities and/or sales.
Bachelor's degree within Biology or Chemistry.
Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
