Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading CDMO specializing in biologics and clinical trial supply, who is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Specialist on a contract basis to manage and coordinate the supply of investigational products and clinical materials for ongoing clinical trials.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in clinical logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination, ensuring that trials run efficiently, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

 

Clinical Supply Chain Specialist – Responsibilities:

  • Plan, track, and manage the global supply of investigational products (IMPs) and ancillary materials for clinical trials
  • Coordinate with Clinical Project Managers, CROs, CMOs, and other vendors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of materials
  • Oversee inventory, distribution, labeling, and shipment activities to clinical sites and depots
  • Monitor and report on budget, KPIs, and vendor performance related to clinical supply chain
  • Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and audit readiness
  • Support process improvements within the clinical supply chain function

 

Clinical Supply Chain Specialist – Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial supply chain, clinical logistics, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, GDP, and clinical trial regulations
  • Hands-on experience with drug supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management
  • Experience working with CMOs, vendors, and clinical sites
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of project management or supply chain software (e.g., MS Project, Power BI) a bonus
